ABOUT ABOUT

This Course is approved by HRCI and SHRM Recertification Provider.

Overview:
In Plain Sight: Finding and Eliminating Organizational Inefficiencies reviews your organization processes looking for those non-value-added activities that are creating obstacles to the smooth running of your organizational efforts. Over the course of this webinar we will explore what constitute waste in your organization by defining the nine major types of waste or non-value-added activities found in every organization whether you are a Mom-and-Pop store or a fortune 1000 company.

To a lesser or greater degree these nine categories of waste are in every organization. With the understanding of the types of waste, the webinar will provide you with specific strategies to remove them from your workplace. As an added benefit we will discuss how to define HR excellence and create a Center of Excellence.

Why should you Attend: Your organization is running processes every day from filling customer orders to hiring new human capital assets. Each of these processes contains value-added activities and non-value-added activities. It is the non-value activities that create obstacles to your organizations running efficiently and effectively. Typically, these non-value-added activities are in plain sight and are there because you have not looked for them.

Does your organization require that every job requisition for middle management hires be read and reviewed three times by the same person? Do you require candidates to complete an online application only to require them to complete a paper application when they arrive for the interview?

This webinar will show you how to identify these non-value-added activities and present strategies that you can use to remove them from your organization immediately upon returning to your office.
